🛠 If Your Item Arrives Damaged

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  2. Include photos of the product and packaging.

  3. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund after review.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
